All of Chrome Rust and Stone's photographs are taken by me (Sally!) here in Australia, and are printed and framed locally!

Our framed prints are printed on ACM Metal Backing in either medium or large and then framed in your chosen wooden frame by our experienced framer Tony.

Premium Photography Poster Paper (Unframed / No Backing)

A high quality 200gsm Satin Finish Premium Poster Paper. A perfect choice for many reasons, particularly if you want to frame your print in your own frame. As all of our unframed prints are shipped rolled in a mailing tube we highly recommend you lay them flat on a clean surface for a day or two after receiving and before framing.

PVC Foam Backing

Lightweight and durable, our foam backing is perfect if you are looking for something a little different! PVC is a popular material for card printing because it offers a number of advantages over other materials. PVC cards are durable and resilient, making them ideal for use in harsh environments.

ACM Metal Backing

Durable and high quality metal sheets that offer a unique and stylish look.

ACM board is a type of composite material sheets that combines the properties of aluminium and plastic. It has a layered structure, with a polyethylene core between two aluminium sheets. These boards are usually coated with a polyester paint system, which protects them from corrosion, UV rays, and scratches. The core material can vary in thickness and density, depending on the application and performance of the ACM sheet.

We use ACM Metal Backing for all of our framed prints.

Currently we offer five different wooden frame options for your prints. These include Natural Pine, Red Pine, Oak, Dark Stained Oak and Custom Rustic Frames - where we leave the ‘rougher’ edges on and allow for a more artistic effect using paint. All available in Medium or Large sizes. We first print your desired photograph onto a metal backing and then frame them in one of our wooden frames.

*Please note due to the nature of our frames, no two frames are the same and the frame widths vary from 12-19mm. We are open to requests so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are looking for something different to the below. Tony our framer is always open to a challenge!

First we print your chosen photograph/s onto ACM Metal Backing, which provides them with extra durability. Then Tony, our framer uses his expert skill to place them into the frame of your choice. All of which are custom made. With no glass or plastic covering we ensure your prints will look their best with no glare and the metal keeps them protected from wear and tear.

All of our photographs are carefully packaged locally and shipped to you directly using Australia Post.

Can I Change My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

Once your order has been placed we no longer accept changes to orders. However if you change your mind on size / image / frame or need to update shipping details please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once photographs have been printed, framed or shipped, depending on the request we may not be able to offer any changes. Please double check your order and all shipping details!

I’d Like To Order Multiple Prints. Would This Change My Shipping Cost From What Appears At Checkout?

We offer free shipping for orders over $400, use code “FREESHIPPING400” at checkout to take advantage of this!

If your order is under $400 but you are ordering more than 2 framed prints or a combination of framed, backed and unframed then please contact us at sally.crsphotography@gmail.com. In the case of multiples / bulk orders we may be able to package things differently depending on the order which could reduce the shipping cost from what is calculated at checkout.

*Please note there is no guarantee that a bulk order would result in a reduced shipping cost from the calculated cost at checkout.

Handling / Delivery Times:

All orders will be sent to our printer every Tuesday at 12 pm. From there they will be printed and then collected the following Tuesday. If you have chosen to have your print framed then once collected from the printer your order will be taken to our framer who will take 2-3 business days to frame your print. Once framed we will carefully check your order, sign the prints and package the order within 1 - 2 business days before taking it to Australia Post for delivery.

*Please note for purchases of multiple frames our handling times may vary as all of our frames are custom made. If this is the case one of our friendly team will reach out to confirm a timeframe with you.

What Happens if My Package is Lost or Damaged?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. In the event that it is lost we will contact Australia Post and do our best to locate it. In the event it arrives damaged please provide us with photos of the damage and hold onto the damaged packaging. We will get back to you asap and organise a solution between you, Chrome Rust and Stone Photography and Australia Post.

At present we do not accept change of mind returns on any of our prints, as these are custom printed and framed especially for you. All exchanges and refunds are at the discretion of Chrome Rust and Stone Photography.

In the case of damaged prints you are entitled to a repair, exchange or refund as per Australian Consumer Law. In the unfortunate event that this occurs please reach out to us with 14 days with photos of the damage and we will organise a return to either repair, replace or refund depending on the extent of the issue.

If you are interested in hosting an exhibition, displaying / stocking our photograph prints or using our prints for photo shoots / projects please don’t hesitate to reach out, we are always looking for opportunities to collaborate and would love to hear from you! Depending on the project we may be able to offer complimentary, loaned or discounted products. In return Chrome Rust and Stone Photography should be credited and tagged where applicable.
