All of our photographs are carefully packaged locally and shipped to you directly using Australia Post.
Tracking information will be sent to you via email.
For free shipping on your first order of a medium or large print please use the code ‘FREESHIPPING’ at checkout. Offer is only applicable for medium or large paper, foam, metal or framed prints and is only valid for standard shipping not express.

Can I Change My Order Once It Has Been Placed?
Once your order has been placed we no longer accept changes to orders. However if you change your mind on size / image / frame or need to update shipping details please contact us asap and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once photographs have been printed, framed or shipped, depending on the request we may not be able to offer any changes. Please double check your order and all shipping details!
I’d Like To Order Multiple Prints. Would This Change My Shipping Cost From What Appears At Checkout?
We offer free shipping for orders over $400, use code “FREESHIPPING400” at checkout to take advantage of this!
If your order is under $400 but you are ordering more than 2 framed prints or a combination of framed, backed and unframed then please contact us at sally.crsphotography@gmail.com. In the case of multiples / bulk orders we may be able to package things differently depending on the order which could reduce the shipping cost from what is calculated at checkout. *Please note there is no guarantee that a bulk order would result in a reduced shipping cost from the calculated cost at checkout.
Handling / Delivery Times:
All orders will be sent to our printer every Tuesday at 12 pm. From there they will be printed and then collected the following Tuesday. If you have chosen to have your print framed then once collected from the printer your order will be taken to our framer who will take 2-3 business days to frame your print. Once framed we will carefully check your order, sign the prints and package the order within 1 - 2 business days before taking it to Australia Post for delivery.
*Please note for purchases of multiple frames our handling times may vary as all of our frames are custom made. If this is the case one of our friendly team will reach out to confirm a timeframe with you.
What Happens if My Package is Lost or Damaged?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. In the event that it is lost we will contact Australia Post and do our best to locate it. In the event it arrives damaged please provide us with photos of the damage and hold onto the damaged packaging. We will get back to you asap and organise a solution between you, Chrome Rust and Stone Photography and Australia Post.
